a small piece of garlic in some tissue, and insert it into the ear.
Leave it there overnight if possible. Pain is almost immediately
removed and the infection tends to start clearing up overnight.

scorpions and centipedes. The juice of fresh garlic mixed with salt
can be applied to bruises, sprains and ring worms.Cut raw garlic and
rub the cut edge on the tooth and gums a couple of times a day to
stop toothache

small circles. For toothache, chew on a clove or apply a single drop
of clove oil to the affected area.
Apple cider vinegar

apple cider vinegar with honey once or twice a day, you can use it
topically for local pain relief. Add 2 cups of Apple cider vinegar

bed. This will help reduce morning stiffness. A mixture of the
vinegar in oil can be used externally on affected joints to bring
relief.

arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis
(OA); treats bursitis. Known as a cleansing agent, turmeric often is
used as a digestive aid in India. Curcumin blocks inflammatory
cytokines and enzymes
Cherry

and oxidative stress, as well on muscle pain and other symptoms
of acute muscle damage resulting from exercise.
Pineapple
Pineapple fruit contains immune-boosting vitamin C. It also
provides a key enzyme called bromelain, which is chock-full of
anti-inflammatory substances that can help reduce joint
swelling linked to rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It's easy to add
pineapple to your diet.
Peppermint
Peppermint oil can be used externally in order to provide relief
from pain. It is believed that the presence of calcium antagonism in
peppermint oil helps remove pain from affected areas. It is also
cooling in nature and is subsequently used to help reduce fever. It
is frequently called a “refrigerant”, meaning that it can provide
an intensely cold sensation to any affected area. In case of injury,
wound, or healing process, topically apply peppermint oil to the area
to reduce swelling, relieve pain, and eliminate the chances of
uncomfortable inflammation.
Horseradish
Studies states that horseradish can help fight inflammation –
it achieves this by reducing the release of reactive oxygen species
(8).
Several parts of Chinese medicine have recommended the use of
horseradish to help prevent inflammation – be it in the case of
injury or even for relief from arthritis pains.
Blueberry
Foods high in antioxidants, like blueberries, help reduce the
systemic inflammation that can lead to RA pain. Compounds known as
free radicals have the ability to destroy healthy cells, and
antioxidants destroy those free radicals.
