SKIN CARE TIPS - NATURAL WAY

Skin is an important sense organ in our body. It acts not only as an sense organ but covers and protects our flesh.  Healthy skin adds our beauty. Very little people care skin. If one cares the skin nowadays, it is by using all the artificial skin care products which will lead to money loss and skin damage in the long run.
Given below are some tips on skin care in the natural way.
Ø  Include milk, lentil and leafy vegetables in your diet.
      Ø  Drink more water (at least 12 glasses per day).
     Ø  If you have oil skin, the use green gram powder instead of soap.
     Ø  Avoid creams, hair dye, face pack etc.
     Ø  Sun bath in the morning or evening is very useful for your skin care.
     Ø  Do not allow your body weight increase or decrease suddenly.
     Ø  Do not use soap and warm water simultaneously during winter season. Otherwise it               would wipe out your natural skin oil.
     Ø  Avoid tight dresses. 
     Ø  Avoid ice creams, energy drinks, chocolate and too much sugar. They would harm the           beauty of your skin.
     Ø  Apply red sandal paste on the face for a glowing face.
     Ø  Wash your face with pure water several times a day. This will cool your eyes and prevent       appearing black spots on the face.
     Ø  Do not use hair shampoo daily. Otherwise it will lead to decreasing the thickness of your       hair and result in hair fall.
     Ø  Sleep well. Avoid tension and hot sun.
     Ø  Take care to bath in the morning even during the winter season.
     Ø  For removing black spots of the face, ground well and make a paste from half of a tomato,     half of a potato and add some drops of lemon juice in it , mix well and apply on the face. 
     Ø  If a spoon of honey mixed in the water for bath, it would keep your skin shining.
     Ø  For removing white scares on the belly (women after delivery, may have these scares),         use vitamin E creams,
     Ø  Ground mustard seed with milk and make a paste. Apply it on the whole body. When the       paste dries up, bath using moderate warm water. This application is a good treatment for       removing wrinkles and scares from the whole body.
     Ø  Mix glycerin with equal quantity of lemon juice. You can use it as the best natural cold           cream.
     Ø  When massaging your face, do not press too hardly. Otherwise your facial muscles would     get loosed.
     Ø  Do not take a bath immediately after food and too late at night.
     Ø  Consume enough vitamin A containing foods such as egg yolk, papaya, mango fruit, milk     products etc.
     Ø  Put a cloth bundle containing basil leaves, vetiver and spearmint in warm water. Use the       water for bath after 15 minutes. It would give your body a fragrant smell and refresh your       body well.
